Network Densification

The EnDev Project promotes the connection of households and social infrastructure to the electricity service in rural and peri-urban areas of the country. The materials are channelled through distribution companies and rural cooperatives that become counterpart partners for implementation, thus promoting increased electricity service coverage in rural and peri-urban areas. It is important to note that the companies involved have worked in a coordinated, efficient and determined manner to be able to execute the densification projects. All the work is carried out on the basis of inter-institutional agreements signed with ENDE, one of our main partners, and the rest of the country's electricity distributors and cooperatives.

Through access to electricity, low-income households benefit from increased access to information and education. It promotes better health care and protection, improved quality of life and the likelihood of generating activities to find new sources of income.

On the other hand, the EnDev Bolivia Project contributes to the reduction of pressure on the environment because the use of electricity means less use of polluting energies such as batteries, paraffin and candles in households.
